Tomato Sauce (this recipe varies due to the preference of the chef)

  • garlic
  • oregano
  • fresh tomatoes (diced or minced)
  • olive oil

These are one example of a tomato sauce recipe – all ingredients here would be freshly picked and made to ensure a strong flavour.
